· If required by Creating Turf Ltd, the client agrees to make a 50% deposit on commencement of the job;

· The client agrees to pay the balance due directly on completion of the job;

· The client agrees to pay interest for late payment at the rate of twelve percent (12%) per month calculated on a daily basis until payment is made;

· The client agrees to pay any collection costs to recover any debt owing to Creating Turf Ltd;

· Any variation required of Creating Turf Ltd in addition to that set out on this estimate will be charged as an extra rate;

· It would be the responsibility of the client to organise and to pay for the removal of any rubble or organic material that is encountered or generated while rotary hoeing and levelling the site;

· Creating Turf Ltd accepts no responsibility for weed growth due to the germination of seeds existing on site or those introduced with imported soil;

· All driveways/paths and underground services are the responsibility of the landowner;

· Creating Turf Ltd will recommend a suitable soil for the work intended, however, the soil is the responsibility of the client;

· Watering is the responsibility of the Client;

· This estimate complies with the Contracts Act 2002;

· All goods remain the property of Creating Turf Ltd until paid for in full;

· Acceptance of this estimate and conditions are required either via email or handwritten prior to commencement of work on the Client's property; · On acceptance of this estimate, the above conditions are therefore accepted.
